Returns & Exchanges

At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
